Corporate notarization has been my specialty since I established this firm in 1997. As a Dubai Courts licensed notary public and legal consultant, I have spent nearly three decades focused on one objective: helping Dubai mainland businesses get their company documents notarized correctly, quickly, and without costly rejections at DED or Dubai Courts.

My corporate practice covers the full lifecycle of a UAE company: incorporation (MOA drafting and notarization), operational changes (share transfers, board resolutions, corporate POA), and dissolution (company liquidation).
